The place was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, the food was good, and the location is great, especially for those heading to the Belfry.

The golf location was convenient and the hotel is within walking distance of Sutton Coldfield. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable, and early in the morning the noise from the car park was a bit disruptive since our room faced it.

The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the mattress felt comfortable, but the room was clean. The buffet was lacking, with plates, eggs, and bacon running out and a noticeable delay before restocking, and the pillows were extremely hard.
