The location and price are solid, but I wouldn’t book this place again. The linens and towels looked worn out, there were no rugs in or outside the bathroom, the AC made odd noises, room service was poor, and the bathroom felt like a DIY project.

I booked this place for my parents and they were treated like royalty by the staff at Saltstayz—Parvinder’s customer service was outstanding. We ran into a problem with the first room we checked into, but the team resolved it quickly and moved us to a different room, which we appreciated. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, so I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks to the whole Saltstayz team. The only issue was that the TV in the initial room wasn’t working and the electric kettle was faulty, but the staff handled it well and got us into a new room.
