The location was super nice, easily reachable by public transport, the rooms were tidy, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

“A pleasant stay in a great location with excellent service from Ali, but the air conditioning and soundproofing could be”

The hotel sits in a very good spot, close to public transport, shops, and many attractions. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ali, who was welcoming, polite, and always eager to assist. His excellent service was much appreciated. However, the air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortable at times. The hotel is next to a very busy road, and the windows weren't soundproof enough, so traffic noise was noticeable, especially at night. Improving the air conditioning and soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.

“Impeccable”

I traveled with my two daughters. The hotel was impeccable, the staff super kind, always listening and ready to help. The location is great, close to the metro and bus stops for all the sites to visit. The breakfast on the top floor with an impeccable view is repetitive but decent; it could use a few small additions like a toaster and a microwave. Otherwise, everything was fine. The hotel was very clean. I highly recommend it. Thanks especially to the staff for their attention.
