“Terrible place”

The room had a terrible odor, the sheets were old and riddled with cigarette burns even though it was supposed to be a non‑smoking room. We had to endure that because we arrived at 12:30 am after a long drive and were exhausted. The property was nearly sold out. I let my son sleep in the room while I stayed in my truck to avoid unpacking and because I was wary of the activity around the property. Someone tried to break into my truck in the parking lot while I was inside, but the management denied it when I reported it. A few other unacceptable incidents led us to leave around 4 am. When I called the manager that morning, he argued with me and claimed nothing had happened because they didn’t see it on their cameras, and that my concerns about the room were only acknowledged after we stayed there for a few hours. I asked for a refund from two different people and was told Thrg would not issue one. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances. Things would have been better had I stayed at a better hotel.

It costs at least $20 more than a hotel of this caliber.
