I stayed in a green setting just a short walk from Viterbo, and the breakfast was excellent, served in a classy yet unique location; the staff, especially Andrea and his wife, were always ready to help. The kitchen was great, and the pastry selection was superb. However, the TV reception was highly questionable, with the signal almost always dropping.
