Checking in took 45 minutes, the photos didn’t match reality, the price was too high for what you get, the pillows and sheets were very uncomfortable, and when I asked for water in the morning they said “maybe it will come later.” On top of that, the bus station is a 5‑6 minute walk away.

The staff were very good and there’s a restaurant inside, but there were too many micro ants and rooms without windows should cost less than those with windows.

I like the location—it's near the center—but the place isn’t clean, feels incomplete or maybe it’s just undergoing new renovations. The water pressure is low and the toilet flush doesn’t work.
