The breakfast and dinner buffets were generous and well‑made; I especially loved the breakfast. The sauna area is superb, and massages are highly recommended. The rooms are well equipped and spacious, and everything is very clean, so the hotel’s age doesn’t matter. On the downside, as someone who isn’t a big meat fan, the vegetable and side dish selection at dinner felt a bit bland, and the fish wasn’t to my taste either. It was just bad luck this time, because the last visit I really enjoyed everything.

“Netter Aufenthalt mit leider zu kaltem Pool”

Breakfast was good. The room was very large and adequately furnished. Dinner was also tasty, and the restaurant staff were very courteous. Water and fruit were available in the thermal area. Unfortunately, the bathroom is quite old; the fixtures were shaky and the shower was outdated with a non‑modern shower head. The large outdoor pool, which has been mentioned many times as one of the biggest in Germany, is far too cold even on warm days. Perhaps a smaller, warmer pool should be considered, because the claim of having the largest pool is nice, but if it can’t be used because heating is too expensive and it stays at 21 °C all year, it doesn’t really benefit guests.

“Da wir das zweite mal dort waren, konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt gut planen.”

We really liked the private pool, especially since the weather cooperated and it was close to the thermal spa. The bike network is well developed. I would suggest offering a weekday à‑la‑car dinner, so guests could plan a longer excursion that day. Otherwise the buffet was also very good.
