“Eu gostei e recomendo”

All the staff who attended me were very courteous, helpful, and polite; at reception, upon arrival, I was asked about any dietary restrictions, which was very easy to handle, and leaving the hotel was also straightforward. Breakfast is plentiful and satisfying.

“Não fiquei no hotel devido ao mofo, fui para outro hotel da cidade de Ponte Nova, infelizmente.”

I didn’t stay at the hotel, I went to another one, so staying here was impossible. I didn’t like the moldy rooms, the strong musty smell, and being allergic, I didn’t stay; instead I went to another hotel.

The staff were friendly, but the price felt steep for the type of accommodation. The breakfast was weak considering the daily rate. I requested a welcome gift, was emailed confirmation that I would receive it, yet it never arrived. The hotel still uses a fluffy blanket instead of a sheet or duvet cover that could be swapped. The bathroom had dripping taps, and the TV offered only two available channels.
