I was pleasantly surprised, but I expected a bit more from a place in the city center. The unbearable mosquitoes kept me from sleeping, and the building itself – essentially the room (despite being in the city center) – felt claustrophobic (no windows, except those on the ceiling). We encountered a cockroach or something similar. It was loud in the courtyard. Overall, we do not recommend it.

The location is great, the operators are very friendly. Simple, but entirely sufficient.

Location – the very center. Staff – always in touch, all problems are solved. Room – no window. This was not indicated when I booked.

Good value for money. Parking in the courtyard is possible – we didn’t use it but it’s available. The room is located in the city center; the golden years are behind it but it still serves its purpose. The beds are quite comfortable, the view from the window is pretty decent for a city center. If you just need a place to sleep in the center and don’t have high demands, this is a good property. The place needs renovation, funding, but I’m not fussed about the money. Once the window is opened it’s noisy, but I can’t call that a flaw since it’s the city center.

The spot is great, but the hostel feels a bit run-down; only the AC keeps working, the common area is shaky with few amenities, and if you’re after a cheap, well‑located place, it might still fit the bill.
