Staying at Tealawn pool villa was fantastic; the rooms are spacious, air‑conditioned, clean, and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptional, and I’m already planning to return for my next vacation.

“Avoid”

The pictures shown by the property were fine, but the pool was dirty and the bathroom smelled awful; the electric kettle didn’t work and the rooms were mediocre. I paid 10 k for the stay and it was not worth it at all 😔.

“Hôtel agréable, mais le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au niveau”

The location is peaceful with tea plantations, a pool, clean surroundings, and large rooms. However, there is a lack of comfort: no armchairs in the rooms, no comfortable seating outside the pool, no basic comforts like hangers, and it’s hard to set the hot water for the shower. Compared to other hotels or guest houses, the value for money is not up to par.

“Quiet, lovely, but only one bed”

The unit itself is nice, featuring a small pool shared with two units, an updated bathroom, and a high ceiling that gives a pleasant look. It sits a few kilometers out of town, so it’s quiet with no traffic noise, and the view of the tea plantation around the pool is lovely. The listing advertised two beds, but when we arrived there was only one queen bed; the staff said they had no units with two beds, and the owner claimed you could only have two units if you rented two rooms, which is ridiculous. For that price, the owners shouldn’t mislead customers. The staff supplied a thin floor mattress as a second bed. It’s a nice unit if you expect one bed, not two as described.
