I didn’t like that the booking listed a 10% discount on meals and one parking spot, but when I checked in the staff didn’t know about the promotion and said it didn’t exist, even though we had already paid for it. It felt like a scam.

The room smelled like garbage. There was almost no service. I couldn’t borrow a bowl, there were no utensils, and there was no ice.

The hotel is pretty, spotless, exactly as advertised, and right next to Robinsan and Big C. Everything you could want is here—food, toys, movies, a massage place, a beauty salon, and restaurants.

The location is decent, close to Big C and Central Bangna, and there’s free parking. Inside the courtyard you’ll find Korean restaurants and a Korean goods shop. I booked a two‑storey room that comes with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. I didn’t like that the room has no windows, even though it has a balcony. Being inside the room you don’t feel the real time; only when you open the balcony door (which isn’t transparent) do you notice whether it’s light or dark outside. If you’re just staying for the night and have an alarm, it’s fine, but if you care about a view, it’s not very convenient.

The place is close to a shopping mall and a 7‑11. The fridge, however, didn’t keep my drinks cold.
