Comfortable beds and a very good bathroom. The air‑conditioning was locked at 23 °C and couldn’t be lowered; it actually reached 24.5 °C, so good sleep was out of the question! Breakfast had to be taken from a box and eaten in the room, where there was no space for it. There was no restaurant at all. Very disappointing for such a big brand name.

A very beautiful room and bathroom, very comfortable, the breakfast box is super good. A pool or onsen with a volcanic view would be a real plus.

I stayed in a brand‑new room right by the sea, impeccably clean and with a 24‑hour convenience store next door; everything was perfect, nothing could be better.
