Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Helpful and very friendly hosts. Fantastic location—close to trails. The property met our expectations.

Communication with the host was very quick and efficient; we got answers to our questions almost immediately. The kitchen was the right size for all 11 of us to sit comfortably and have breakfast. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very kind. I can only recommend the place to everyone. Maybe a tiny detail to consider: the WIFI was a bit weak, it couldn’t seem to handle all 11 phones, but that wasn’t a deal‑breaker since we didn’t need to surf the internet. A kitchen fan would have been nice, and the coffee machine was capsule‑based, so we brought our own machine, which is common at other accommodations, so just bring yours. The towels could have been larger; we received hand‑towel‑sized ones. Despite those points, we really enjoyed our stay, and they’re just minor observations, not frustrations.

The large rooms were nice. Great parking and close to the Slovak Paradise. Trails start within 20 m on foot. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, a microwave, a stove, and even an espresso machine (capsule). Plenty of bathrooms with showers. The quiet location and very comfortable beds ensure a quick recovery after demanding hikes nearby. The accommodation also has farm animals that don’t stink, and despite being a farm, the environment is very clean and maintained. Nothing negative, everything was great. The owners are very friendly and pleasant.

Easy to approach. When we arrived, the host was showing the house with his dog and attacked the small dog that came with us! The staircase to the rooms is very narrow, a big piece or a heavier person would find it almost impossible—this was not indicated anywhere! The owner was not friendly at all; only a younger lady at the property was kinder. On the departure day we hadn’t even packed; our stuff was still in the rooms/bed, and the unfriendly owner already pulled the linens, threw the guests aside as he was removing them. The facilities are lacking: no coffee maker, no blackout curtains, the toilet can’t be ventilated, a shelf is missing from the bathroom. Overall, we’re disappointed that we booked with our friends.
