The hotel met our needs.

The shower was clogged and had little water; the receptionist was very attentive and unclogged it. The mini‑fridge wasn’t working, but again the receptionist was helpful and replaced it. Breakfast offered no vegan options.

The hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and room quality were notable highlights, but the breakfast fell short of expectations, lacking a distinct Minas Gerais flavor and featuring industrialized pastries.

While the hotel's high prices were a major drawback, the poor quality of the bed was an even more significant issue, suggesting a lack of investment in the property.
