I had zero positives; I would never recommend this place and would never let anyone I hate stay there; the staff are liars and thieves. I paid for a room I never used with my debit card because it was filthy, and I paid a cash security deposit even though they don't accept cash and I never got a receipt. When I left, they only returned $40 because they had damp towels and blankets. If the room had been cleaned, I wouldn't have had to use their 1979 towels on a 1972 bed to try to half‑clean a bed‑bug‑infested room. I complained, but they did nothing, and they even claimed I didn't pay my deposit—false! No hotel should let anyone stay without a deposit first. This place feels like a horror film, and I never felt safe. Everything was terrible: it wasn't clean, the door wouldn't lock, the TV was broken, and it smelled like 1980s cigarettes. The staff are only after money and never do anything unless they're at the liquor store. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt; it's been under construction for five years, yet they keep stealing guests' hard‑earned money.
