The music outside was extremely loud from 11 am to 7 pm nonstop, making it impossible to rest in the small rooms; it’s surprising no one mentioned this before. The spa is a disaster: the hammam was cold, we left without our ritual and no alternative was offered. The rooms are large but poorly finished, everything feels fake.

The hotel in Marrakech’s palm grove is stunning, with attentive staff, comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, and a relaxed morning vibe; the restaurant is good. However, the music can get too loud in the afternoons to attract “day pass” guests, making a nap on a lounger impossible.

Beautiful situation, gorgeous design and decor. Exceptionally clean. The staff made it, everyone was polite and attentive, extremely friendly and in all, delightful. Mohammed, the receptionist that greeted us, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, but in truth, all the staff from cleaners to waiters to masseuses were all exceptional. Nothing!
