The room smelled bad and looked like a damaged animal couch, with a moldy bathroom door and mold on the wall and around the tub. The bed had a huge dip on one side. I was forced to upgrade because the room I booked on that site was unavailable, and I had to pay extra. I will never book here again, especially for the price I paid.

Nothing they were rude and the room smelled like cat pee and the weed I feel discriminative and treated me poorly. The didn't accept the payment / and I lost my money and got put out on the streets with everything I owned. “​Huge shoutout to Octavia at the front desk!”

I want to praise Octavia at the front desk for her excellent service. When my air conditioner failed, she acted quickly and moved me to another room right away, keeping my comfort first. Her efficiency and professional attitude turned a potential problem into a quick fix; she’s a great asset to the team. Housekeeping should report that there was no thermostat on the wall and that the AC wasn’t working. I only stayed because a friend was here; otherwise I’d have stayed at the newly renovated place on Executive Drive.

“Bad management and short staffed.”

The staff were friendly. The door key access was broken, the remote control didn’t work, the silverware was rusted, people were smoking cigarettes inside the pool area, the hot water for the oatmeal breakfast was dirty, and there was no ice machine.
