We loved our stay in the area and at the Belambra club. The staff were very friendly and available. We had a comfortable, well‑located duplex studio with a view of the club’s nature and animals. The indoor pool and spa were excellent. Thanks to the whole team. The only drawback is that there was no dining option. A wardrobe in the room would also be useful, as there are only shelves.

The place is great for exploring the surroundings, and the reception was very pleasant; my only downside was that the car was too far from the apartment, with too many stairs to load and unload. I’ll ask for a unit closer to the parking next time. Holidays were a success. The bed is upstairs, making it hard to get up, and the ceiling is too low.

Access to the pool and spa, plus the animals, were positives. One of the wardrobes was still dirty from previous guests.

The accommodation’s independent style and friendly staff were nice, yet the cleaning was barely acceptable and the “spa and gym” area had very few facilities; we weren’t told that the basic lodging didn’t include towels, nor that the spa towels cost 50€ for two adults and a little girl—absurd; they should send a special notice so guests bring their own towels. Not having a 24‑hour reception also seemed poorly thought out.

I found the place super quiet, exactly what we were after, but the TV channels were only in other languages.
