“Perfectly located holiday let”

Everything was fabulous: the location, the well‑designed park, and all the facilities were spotless—nothing to dislike.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The duvet and pillows were nice, and the showers were better on the side of the block where the changing facilities were located. The pod itself felt very small, with no place to hang clothes and a fridge that was also tiny. The bed turned out to be uncomfortable. I reported that the fire alarm had no battery, and there were dust particles on the floor that could have been removed with a proper vacuum. They only recycle glass and nothing else, which I found disappointing, so I took my trash home.

The pod is kept in good shape, but there were ants on the microwave table—maybe the mini fridge makes it too warm.

“Very good value and a comfortable stay in beautiful Brixham”

The pod was solid, great value, and had everything we needed, though it got a bit noisy from the bar one night.

We’ve been staying here for a few years; the location is great, the facilities are very clean, and the staff are lovely. Nothing to complain about.
