“Location, Location and location - and fairly good property level.”
The location is really great, not just the beach itself but also the spot on the beach; the staff were friendly, the organization was good, and the breakfast, lunch and dinner had a fair selection of food. However, our beach villa had many problems: water was backing up from the pipes into the shower room, the TV didn’t work, the security box needed repair, and the front door key didn’t work, among other issues that should have been fixed beforehand. We found solutions for most of them during the stay and the staff acknowledged the problems. The in‑house entertainment in the evening was not good—there were hours of loud activity that made it hard to enjoy the location or have a conversation.
The location , few staff members were really nice. They arranged cake for my son's birthday and tried to make it special for him. Rooms need renovation, some staff were really trying to help but some were like guest doesn't exist. Less english speaking. Hardly any breakfast options for vegan and vegetarian people. I had to run into an argument during checkin since booking. Com and they had different understanding of the hotel policies
“Ottima location”
The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room wasn’t spotless and there were insects around, which is understandable given the property is set in nature.
“If you want to stay here, avoid sea view rooms unless they are improved. When check out, give yourself some minutes wai”
The sea‑view room wasn’t that great—door was beat up, anyone could break in, and a light bulb was broken. The AC took forever to cool the room down, but the swimming‑pool view was perfect and the AC worked great. The room was bigger and better for the price. I was 10 minutes early at check‑in and she wouldn’t let me in until exactly 2:00 pm. I was exactly 4 minutes early for breakfast and she told me not to touch the food until its time. The seating area for breakfast at the very front was all covered in bird poop on both tables and chairs. When checking out, they wouldn’t let me leave until they finished checking the room.

The location was amazing and only a short taxi ride to the small town. The property is starting to look tired and worn and is in desperate need of modernization.
