The natural surroundings and the staff's friendliness were great, but the restaurant hours were very limited.

They should have told me the hotel closed without charging my card, and they owe me the amount that was deducted without any notice of the closure.

Nothing positive. I arrived to find the hotel permanently closed, never got any notice, yet the payment had been received via transfer a few days earlier and the closure was not communicated. It's disappointing; I expect a refund.
