The receptionist was extremely arrogant.
The restaurant staff were great, and both breakfast and dinner were very good.

The room was excellent. The hotel overall is very good, spacious, and even when it’s full you’re still comfortable with plenty of places to relax. It’s a big error that the pool closes at 18.00 in summer when it’s 40 degrees.
The room is large and comfortable, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view of the mountains.
