Nadine and Didier are charming and attentive to their guests; chatting with them was a real pleasure. The location, just 5 minutes from the tram that goes straight to the circuit, sits in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding is impeccable and the breakfast is also great (I approve the peach/spice jam). We weren’t received or notified 30 minutes before key hand‑over, so we were in a mess. The staff told us they had COVID, but they should have warned us.

Breakfast is very good, and the host varied the menu daily, even asking what you’d like to eat. Dining in the B&B’s living room feels like the old days; you sit at the owner’s table, though you’re separated. The weather was nice, and the fridge for beers was well arranged. For our purpose (24‑hour Le Mans), it’s an ideal base. Public transport is nearby. We had a private bedroom, shower, and toilet for our own use, all tidy. The Wi‑Fi could be better; if you like watching TV, a small TV in the bedroom would help. With good Wi‑Fi you can watch on your tablet now.
