The location was convenient. The drains in the sink and shower were quite slow/clogged.

Breakfast was solid, though the coffee ran out a couple of times. No other issues.

The indoor pool, location, and consistently A1 staff made the stay kid friendly.

The location was good and accessible, but the amenities felt old; the shower head had no pressure, making showers frustrating, there was no microwave, and I had to keep checking for shampoo and body wash because I ran out. Room service should at least knock before dropping items into my room.

We were given adjacent rooms with our older children, which was very convenient! Thanks to the receptionist for her attention and care! The location is convenient, with restaurants, cafés, and a mall all nearby. The Niagara Falls waterfall is a 35‑minute drive away.
