Located 15 minutes' walk from Royal Randwick Racecourse, The Alison Randwick is a boutique guest house offering comfortable rooms with premium bedding, air-conditioning, a small minibar refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi (up to 500MB per day). The location was convenient, check‑in was easy, and the bed linen and towels were good. The person I shared the bathroom with left a wet bath mat on the floor and the toilet in a bit of a mess.

The location is spot‑on, the room is large, stylish, and comfortable, and there's a secure car park if you need one. I was very satisfied overall and would highly recommend it.

The place is practically next to public transport, so walking or hopping on the tram to the city is a breeze, and the bed was incredibly comfy with plenty of towels. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, and there were no complaints at all.
