The outdoor area was a highlight – plenty of green space and a peaceful vibe. The meals, however, were underwhelming; the dishes lacked flavor and the service felt rushed. Still, the setting made up for the culinary disappointment.

The scenery around the lake is breathtaking and the staff are genuinely helpful, making the breakfast omelets and coffee a real treat – though the hot chocolate was a let‑down. The dining spaces are roomy and the evening fireside lounge is cozy, but the rooms feel stuck in the past: the bathrooms are cramped, the fixtures are old, and the shower barely turns on. For the price, the lack of a modern refresh is a real let‑down.

“Local que não dá vontade de voltar”

The hotel’s outdoor area is lovely, but the chalet itself had a musty smell and the shower’s pressure kept flickering on and off. The breakfast menu felt repetitive, too. Overall, the setting was nice but the room conditions were disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond, and the waterfall and lake views are simply gorgeous. The meals were delicious and varied, making every meal a highlight. A perfect getaway for anyone who loves nature and good food.
