“Hôte pas fiable du tout, situation très désagréable après une journée de voyage .”

We never got to stay at the property even though we had a reservation. The owner double‑booked us, despite our messages confirming our arrival time the day before and on the day itself. We learned upon arrival that the two rooms we had booked had just been assigned to people who were supposed to arrive the day before. Luckily his daughter tried to find a makeshift solution at 20:00, but the owner didn't even bother to call us to apologize. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation, and it was impossible to reach BOOKING to express my dissatisfaction.
