The host was quick to respond and helpful in communication. The location was wonderful. I would have preferred a larger bathroom.
The room in the photos was not the one we stayed in. The breakfast downstairs at the bar was VERY, VERY minimal. You have to keep the same towels for more than 2 days or you’ll be charged extra.

“Close to Old Town and beach - BUT if you want quiet - not for you!”
Super clean, very nice room and great breakfast, and the place is close to the main area and the beach. I know it’s a ZTL zone, but a little help with luggage would have been nice. Noise is a huge issue here—there’s a bar directly below the rooms and it’s super loud at night and early morning, and the road in front sounds like a major highway—LOUD LOUD LOUD! Our room was nice, but the friends who rented the 2‑bedroom had mold in their room and a bad smell. We were told there would be parking and that they would help, but when we arrived there was no parking, we had to drive around and only got lucky that day to find street parking after someone just pulled out.
Perfect location, close to the beach and the city center. Very nice room and the owner communicated well.
