Our room’s proximity to the back entrance made it convenient for us and the dogs. The only improvement I’d suggest is removing the carpet from the pet‑friendly rooms.

The staff were detail‑oriented and welcoming, but my elderly mother found the beds a little hard to get into because they’re tall; it’s not a deal‑breaker, though.

The staff were kind and friendly, but they weren't especially welcoming or accommodating. Breakfast was clean and decent for a buffet, though there wasn’t enough space for guests to eat. The bar was mediocre at best, with a very small selection; we saw people eating and thought about grabbing a snack, but couldn't find any instructions on how to do so. For a hotel that boasts a bar, the seating was mediocre, the selection incredibly limited, and the bartender was friendly but not overly helpful. The common area was very small, forcing us to eat our breakfast in a conference room.

Breakfast was fantastic! The room was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and it was a wonderful place we will return to!
