The place is well situated, but the air‑conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor, soaking the carpet and producing a dripping sound.

Breakfast was great, the location is amazing, and the hotel is very nice and clean; however, the staff could be more attentive—after requesting an extra pillow for three days it never arrived, and the cleaning crew were not very friendly.

The location is perfect and everything is very pleasant; the staff are professional and friendly, the room was a bit small but very good, though larger rooms would be preferable if possible.
