Perfect location, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful reception staff. The hotel feels a bit outdated, especially in the installation areas, and the water pipes can be noisy at times. The public parking garage is about ten minutes away, which isn’t ideal.

The spot is great, but we got almost no info about the parking partnership with Jean-Jaurès parking – we would have used it if we’d known. The bedding was off; the bed wasn’t made properly and there were many folds on the lower sheets. The double glazing wasn’t installed even though it hasn’t rained in months. When we opened the window, the glass was really, really dirty. The carpet wasn’t clean either, and we were disappointed because we had to wash ourselves with shampoo because there was no shower gel in the bottle; we were in room 316.
Excellent central location, bright lobby, friendly staff, close to Toulouse shopping and attractions. The area is very busy, and you’ll run into a lot of teenagers.
