The location is fantastic—super central and you can park right there in the shopping mall, although the parking is pricey. The rooms are not very large, but they’re adequate for a weekend. Towels were changed even though we opposed that for environmental reasons. The breakfast was fine. The payment issue: I booked for 7 people, each was supposed to pay separately, yet I was charged twice, even though the receipt only shows the single rate. Every attempt to sort it out with the hotel failed. I’ve been told for 4 weeks that the correction would happen, but it hasn’t. I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit‑card company, so I won’t book with this chain again.

The room was dusty, and there were no slippers—those are cheap, so they could have been included in the stay.
