The parking spot is very far from the hotel.

The only good things were the bed and the shower. I didn’t like the bedding, the bathroom and room doors creaked, the linens were poor, the pillows were awful, most staff were not friendly at all, and the “loucas” weren’t clean – I found a cup with a lipstick mark.

The room was good, the bathroom was very good, and the kitchen staff were very attentive. The reception planning was terrible; the manager pretended not to be in charge, claiming she wasn’t the manager while the staff identified her as the manager/responsible person. Parking was horrible, access to the service was awful, and we couldn’t speak to the management because she almost hid. There is no intercom in the room, making it impossible to communicate with anyone at reception.
