The hotel is quiet and clean, guests are exceptionally treated and the rooms are spacious (there is a toilet), parking is free and large, and it’s on the road leading to the mountains and excursions – I strongly recommend it. The breakfast is not full and below expectations.

Everything was good in every way. At night the hot water was cut off, the front desk immediately came to help – a real 24‑hour front desk. Highly recommended.

I liked that it was right by a bus stop and accessible on foot from Interlaken Ost (the main train station). The place felt homey and clean. Anita at reception was very helpful and warm, and she gave us maps to explore the area. The best part was having a travel card with discounts for the hotel’s partners! I will definitely stay here again.

Nice location near the station and city centre. Cleaning is done daily, but they don’t wait until check‑out.
