A friendly black‑haired girl let me check in early because I was leaving the next morning, and she asked when I would be checking out. When I stayed the night of 28 August, a white woman with blond hair at reception was extremely rude; when I politely asked why there was no water in the room, she pointed to the vending machine and said I could either buy water there or grab it from the fountain outside. The room had a terrible odor, and the sheets, pillows, and mattresses were smelling very, very bad—so bad I couldn't sleep. Switching from bed 1 to bed 2 didn’t help; the same awful smell persisted. They should have cleaned and changed the sheets instead of just spraying them. It was truly disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

“It’s great, accessible to airport, free shuttle.”

The staff were courteous and friendly, and the hotel is close to Detroit airport. Breakfast is free, and Karen, the breakfast lady, works hard, is nice, and takes care of guests’ meals—she’s amazing. Thank you. The only downside was that the body wash container was empty.

“Great choice for a near airport stay.”

The location is great, the reception staff are friendly, and there is an early‑morning airport shuttle. I only stayed a few hours, so I can’t comment further.
