The decor and nearby parking were nice, but I really had to wait until exactly 15:00 to get our room even though I had mentioned we were traveling long with kids.

The reception was like a farmhouse, but the room they gave me was tiny; at 3 am the air‑conditioner started making noise even though it was off, then it quieted, only to rattle again at 6 am. I called reception, they tried to fix it but failed, offered nothing, no refund or room change, making the whole stay a disaster; the service was rude, breakfast portions were very small, no sweet bread—just a slice of bolillo—so I don’t recommend it.

The location was good, but the power went out twice without any notice, and when I asked about a bed, they gave me a smaller one than what I paid for without warning it would be downgraded.
