“The hotel needs well organization, staffs to dress up professionally not wearing native clothing”

The room was fine, the staff were very polite and respectful; Rachel was especially courteous and offered good customer service, and everyone else was nice and helpful. However, there were no hand towels even after we asked repeatedly, so we had to use bath towels or our clothes to dry our hands. The shower room leaked, and the staff were unaware of our reservation upon arrival, making us wait for a senior to confirm, which was very disappointing in front of our driver. Breakfast options were limited to rice and yam or just rice, and it wasn’t a buffet.

This place has become my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area. The rooms are spotless and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. It's in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. I've stayed here a few times and I've never had any issues.

“Though I did not stay due to an emergency, the service was exceptional and professional”

I only got to try the lunch here, but it was seriously good. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a real treat. I wish I'd had a chance to try the breakfast, but I'm sure it's just as great.

“I hope the hotel continues to improve it's customer service and cooking standards”

The hotel's facilities, grounds, and rooms are all top-notch. The furniture is of good quality and the location is super secure. However, the staff seemed a bit unpolished and disorganized, especially when it came to basic things like getting the right room at the right price. The food was also a letdown, considering the hotel's standards. To make matters worse, they only provided service for one adult, even though we booked for two, and they charged extra for toothbrushes and toothpaste.
