We stayed one night, arrived a bit early, and still got our room straight away; the staff were very friendly and everything was spotless. The room was on the first floor facing the street, a bit noisy, but with the windows closed and the AC it was fine.

A small, central hotel with parking; the rooms are very clean and the courtyard is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is good and absolutely sufficient.

The location was great. The bathroom lacked a shower enclosure and when I showered it felt like a small lagoon.

Being close to the airport made it convenient for a layover in Ponta Delgada. The street noise was a downside.
