L'emplacement très proche des plages et de l'aéroport en voiture . Logement très spacieux avec climatisation. Chambre située au sous-sol sans d'autres ouverture qu'une porte fenêtre donnant sur un mur. Le douchette devait être obstruée car le débit était très faible et pas homogène rendant la douche pas agréable. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour profiter d'une piscine mais celle ci est extrêmement petite par rapport au nombre de logements dans l'immeuble, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter au vu de la foule. Le prix est excessif pour ce type de prestation

The location is convenient, just 15 minutes to Palermo airport and 10–15 minutes to nice beach restaurants at Islas des feminines. It’s gated, so it feels secure, and the shower power is decent. The bed is fairly comfy. The pool is tiny, more like a hot tub or paddling pool. The shower floor becomes very slippery and is dangerous for kids. Wi‑Fi doesn’t work. There are no cups or glasses for drinks, no cutlery for eating. No safe for valuables. The walls are incredibly thin; you can hear everything in the rooms next door. Stains were found on the bed sheets. The air‑con is okay but not great for the room size.
The proximity to the airport is a plus. Unfortunately, there is no drinking water in the kitchenette or the bathroom. With two children and the heat, that’s not ideal. The price is a bit high compared to the services offered.

The rooms are fairly large and well organized, but the owner/housekeeper was very rude, yelling at us over a supposed misunderstanding. Even if we were wrong, guests should be spoken to politely and not shouted at in front of everyone. The pool is tiny and turns murky after a short use, so the chemical dosage is poorly managed. At night, a strange group of locals wander around, which made us uneasy.
The location is convenient, the room is very pretty, and it’s nice to have a pool to cool off. The manager is very available, which is pleasant when you need something. However, there is no drinking water. In the kitchen, there was only a small saucepan, no cutlery, no plates, no glasses—so you can’t cook at all, which is a shame given that there is a gas stove, sink, and a small fridge. It’s also disappointing that there are only two towels for a place that can accommodate four people.
