The parking in front of the hotel is spacious and free, and the surroundings are quiet. However, the room lacks a fridge and air conditioning, looks a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Cleaning was somewhat lacking, the lighting was weak, and the bathroom was uncomfortable. There’s no “do not disturb” sign on the door. The service hours are wrong, with the reception and restaurant closing at times that don’t match the posted schedule. The food selection was limited. In short, it meets the basics but doesn’t go beyond that.

The hotel is in a very pretty town and well‑located, making it easy to visit the big cities nearby while still enjoying the rural side of the Basque Country. Parking is great, and the setting is very pleasant and perfect for relaxing.

Aitor’s service was EXCELLENT! The breakfast was great, although the tortilla was a bit of a let‑down – the tortilla from the maid was much better. I’ll definitely consider this hotel for my next trip around the Basque Country. Thanks a lot!
