The staff are friendly and service‑oriented. When staying in Sandefjord, I always choose Kong Carl because of its central location and because I really like the old‑style charm of the hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good variety – nothing was missing. On almost every hotel I’ve stayed at, I miss a shelf in the bathroom to put the toilet paper roll, and that’s true even at Kong Carl.
