The pool is definitely a plus, the staff is super and they arranged an indoor parking spot for us despite the car being full of luggage. The kids’ play area has a nice castle with a slide and climbing surfaces, but more games would be welcome.

The staff were very friendly and warm, the food was good, rooms were clean, the pool was pleasant, and the location close to the beach was convenient. We especially appreciated the calm vibe and the daily housekeeping.

We enjoyed four days at the Sympathiehotel. The staff were nice and helpful, the food was tasty, and overall we were very satisfied with the service. The only drawback was that the kids’ program was only in Italian, which made it hard for our children to join; it would be nice if that were addressed.
