The hotel is well situated in the charming town of Nova Petrópolis, just 30 km from Gramado’s center. It’s a much quieter lodging option. Reception was wonderful; they asked if we wanted a little tea. We left our car in the hotel parking and enjoyed a wine in front of the fireplace in a lovely living room. The room is extremely clean and comfortable, the shower is hot, and breakfast is exceptional, with many juice, bread, and cake options. The service is distinctive, both in politeness and care, and the place feels cozy in every way.

The whole staff, especially Mr Valmor, the owner, was super kind and attentive during our stay. The restaurant offers well‑prepared food and an excellent wine list. The hotel’s setting is very beautiful, and the bar is great too. Finally, the room and common area cleaning is exceptional. It’s worth a trip to Nova Petrópolis to stay at Hotel Pousada da Neve.
