Great location Nice to have a pool Fairly clean Seems to have recently been painted freshly. Our room was on ground level. I'm a mom traveling with my 3 children. When checking if window was locked, it wasn't and also wouldn't lock. Went to front desk to ask for help and a solution and all that was offered was a refund which would mean that I have to find a new hotel at 8pm, unacceptable! (I ended up fixing the window lock myself). TV didn't work but didn't want to complain about that since I felt the window issue already put us out of favor with the hotel owners. One day into our stay all cold water turned brown for several hours. At least it was fixed and water turned clear again. Owners overall unfriendly, not sure why someone chooses to work in hospitality and doesn't enjoy welcoming guests. Wouldn't recommend this place and won't return

“Horrible day”

There was no horrible smell, but the owner was very aggressive toward customers. The front desk staff displayed racism toward others and behaved aggressively; the place smells like mold and smoke.

“It was a okay stay for me if I had to book it again if it was my last offer and good value I’ll book again”

The location was close to many attractions, very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and there was no garbage can in the bathroom.
