The place was clean and tidy overall, but I can't recommend it. The apartment had several problems: the washing machine was broken, the air conditioning made unbearable noises, and there was no TV remote or basic cutlery. When we reported this, the host appeared the next day without offering an apology, casually saying he “needs to fix it eventually.” Completely unhelpful and unprofessional.
Public transport is well connected and the balcony stay was pleasant. The kitchen was inadequately equipped, missing pots, cutlery, glasses, cooking containers, and plates.

10 minutes on foot from Termini station, 45 minutes by bus from the airport to Termini. The student‑filled neighborhood is lively, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, and there are 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms. The kitchen has a kettle and microwave. 20 minutes on foot to the Colosseum. The lighting in the room is very harsh.
