The option to rent a windowless room seemed great on days when the city is under constant attack, but the size of the room is about the same as a train compartment. For that price they don't even provide slippers. The bed sheet was never changed during the three days, the ventilation is unsatisfactory, so in the “safe windowless room” you could die not from shelling but from suffocation. During the night a warning siren blares overhead—why, when we’re already in a shelter? Breakfast isn’t included in the rate; they offer it for an extra 520 UAH, and the quality is very mediocre—worthless for that money.

The location is good and it’s quiet. The fridge didn’t work.

Everything is fine except that slippers were missing from the room (they were there in March) and the fridge was also absent, which it had in March when I stayed for 5 days; now it’s been a day and the price has risen significantly. Earlier there were slippers in the room.

The location is great. Near the hotel there’s a cinema, shops, cafés. The room smells like mold, and the 1000 UAH breakfast is very modest.
