The spot is great, with plenty of public transport right in front of the hotel, and the morning meeting point for tours to the two lakes and the canyon was right there, making it a good value for money.

The hotel is close to excursion buses, and in the evenings there’s lively activity. We had a quiet room, but if you’re buying a room under that suite name, it’s actually a regular room with a view of our toast, not a special suite. The air‑conditioner works, water is supplied, and cleaning is done. Breakfast was more than enough. The coffee was true instant. The location is very good; the metro is nearby for trips to Kok‑Tobe mountain or Panfilov Park. Bus 21 goes to Medeu and Shymbulak. Walking distance includes Forum shopping center and nearby eateries. Essentials like toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos are available. The reception was friendly and quick. The hotel didn’t have many people staying. The shower head was small and didn’t stay in place. The water pressure was good, but you could have had a cold or hot shower, because setting the exact temperature wasn’t very easy.

The one‑day tour’s meeting point was right in front of the hotel, making the location extremely convenient, and it was also close to a bus stop and subway station; the breakfast at the attached café was delicious. However, the Wi‑Fi barely worked, which was stressful, and there was a power outage while I was taking a night shower.

A good, comfortable place very conveniently located for catching buses to various tours. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
