The stay was good, the location was nice, and the receptionist was lovely, letting us keep our luggage at the hotel during early checkout. The bathroom’s water pressure dropped quickly and was inconsistent, and the heating wasn’t very good, but it was hot in Hatyai so it wasn’t a big issue.

We had a fantastic time at Choltara house. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was always ready to help. She even offered FREE cold water from the fridge in the common area whenever we wanted. One day she surprised us with freshly cut watermelon. Our room was large, extremely clean, and came with a kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar and spoons. The room and the common area also featured lovely vintage furniture. We ended up extending our stay :)
