Good location, friendly staff, clean room. It’s a bit annoying that the kitchen is shared and you can’t use it all the time, and it’s a pain that the spa costs extra. The pillows are surprisingly thin and hard.

A short walk from the beach. First impression is not great; the building looks awful from the outside but inside hides these luxurious rooms. Don’t expect regular towels—there are just bathrobes instead. The bathtub costs an extra 20 euro. The elevator in the building is only 10 cents.

The owner, Antonio Piscitelli, is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, spotless, and super central, only 30 m from the seafront and the sea. The quality‑price ratio is satisfying, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks for everything. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect.

The property is just a few steps from the sea (though it doesn’t have a sea view). The room is spacious, well‑kept, and clean, with a large jacuzzi that can be used on request. Antonio is very helpful and kind, and he met all our requests with care.
