There are many good things, but the bed and pillows are super‑good!!! The bar at the pool was missing, and the restaurant wasn’t open 24 hours.

The breakfast was wonderful, the heated pool was great, and the conditioner and body cream were good. During the stay the boiler failed, causing the shower to cool down to a freezing bath. The air conditioner didn’t work either; we switched rooms but the hot air still didn’t come on. The hair dryer was also non‑functional until it was replaced. The toilet lid was swapped. In the second room, 143, the shower enclosure and floor tiles had mold and a green crust—clear signs of neglect and lack of proper cleaning products, even though the room had been cleaned before the change. The staff were friendly but didn’t explain how to use the buttons and systems in the room to request cleaning. The hotel needs to invest in infrastructure; it lacks a towel rack or a face‑towel holder, and no bath towel hanger in the bathroom. I also missed a clothes hanger or a storage niche in room 119. They have a shampoo and conditioner system installed in the bathroom; the conditioner is excellent, but in the second room the shampoo valve was faulty. Depending on the room chosen or if you pay extra, you can get liquid soap and body cream, the latter being very good. I believe that if maintenance is kept up to date, avoiding deterioration before fixing it, and investing in guest comfort, the stay would be flawless.

Localização. Quarto e banheiro pequenos, móveis antigos, guarda-roupa faltando puxadores, cobertas finas, ar condicionado barulhento sem condições de deixar ligado. Descrição errônea que teria tv a cabo e Netflix, deveriam ser sinceros e informar que a televisão nem smart é. Foi pedido duas vezes a limpeza do quarto e foi feito pouco caso do pedido. Experiência decepcionante que optamos por antecipar a nossa saída

A localização do hotel muito boa , o cafe da manhã mega completo. O frigobar era bem velho e tive problema com o chuveiro 2 dias ele nao esquentou
